This all started with a bite of chocolate from Dubai.

My husband’s brother-in-law brought some over for us to try, and I couldn’t stop thinking about it. So, I decided to make my own—just for fun.

I mixed silky Lindt milk chocolate with a touch of dark, ground my own pistachios into a paste (none of that pre-made stuff), and skipped the added sugar.

I shared a few with family and friends… and well, they kind of lost their minds.

They said it tasted better than the real thing. So I kept going. And now here I am—handcrafting Dubai-style chocolate in Ireland, one lovable bite at a time.
